I worked here for five years and made fantastic money throughout my tenure. I left due to the ever changing compensation plans and increased micromanagement. Axon has a very low base compared to industry standards. Culture at Axon is probably the best I’ve seen anywhere. People are proud to work there and they create a fun work atmosphere.
