I like working here, they have great culture but with sales being down all they care about are the metrics. It's death by metrics and some of them are never attainable. I hope they start to do away with them as they're going to hurt client relationships.

Good company, judged based on the wrong metrics. Inbound lead flow is minimal and expected to source 80% of pipe as an enterprise rep

Overall, it is one of the worst places I have ever worked. I was lied to in the recruiting process and then subjected to crazy KPIs. Everyone was cheating them. It was a culture of needing to make up your KPIs or get put on a PIP. Management had no idea what they were doing and offered no help.
