Well run company. Pretty dry from the perspective of a 'sales career'. Probably closer to Staffing than to Enterprise Sales, but you're set up well with the tools and support needed to succeed.

Continues to add things to the reps plate without giving anything in return. Some of the managers are clueless and expect more and more activities to hit numbers.

Very US centric. Culture was good until a few years ago, but has recently been ruined by aggressive growth plan set by the US (targets went 10x YOY for some people - yes you read it right) and aggressive hiring. BDR/SDR team is great to work with! Culture has become increasingly focused on funneling towards SMB. Some older reps were told there would be opportunities in other arms of the company (ex. Marketing, Analytics), but they were pushed or disappeared. Newer hires are definitely more traditional "capital S" SALES personalities. Quotas are based on total meetings...Read More
