Very US centric. Culture was good until a few years ago, but has recently been ruined by aggressive growth plan set by the US (targets went 10x YOY for some people - yes you read it right) and aggressive hiring. As a result, this has made it impossible to reach targets for a high number of people. Instead of taking a step back the company has fired many people, perpetrating a culture of terror. Product is high quality, but product/market fit is not good in the UK due to hard market conditions and high pricing compared to competitors. Internal processes are a nightmare: things change very fast and you need to get approval for almost everything, which slows down the sales process, causing deals to be lost to competitors. The company sells people (the model is similar to the one of a temp recruitment agency), with all the pains of the model.

Overall, it is one of the worst places I have ever worked. I was lied to in the recruiting process and then subjected to crazy KPIs. Everyone was cheating them. It was a culture of needing to make up your KPIs or get put on a PIP. Management had no idea what they were doing and offered no help. BDR/SDR team is great to work with! Culture has become increasingly focused on funneling towards SMB. Some older reps were told there would be opportunities in other arms of the company (ex.
