Good product fit and great lawyers. The KPI’s are out of control. In just a year or so the meeting requirement went from 22 a month to 27 and now 40. Why not just make it 100? Team is overworked with endless expectations and goal posts keep moving on all KPI’s. Underpaid considering you are doing the AE and BD role. Work life balance is tough with big KPI’s and taking just a day or two off is very stressful.

I like working here, they have great culture but with sales being down all they care about are the metrics. It's death by metrics and some of them are never attainable. I hope they start to do away with them as they're going to hurt client relationships.
