I like working here, they have great culture but with sales being down all they care about are the metrics. It's death by metrics and some of them are never attainable. I hope they start to do away with them as they're going to hurt client relationships.

BDR/SDR team is great to work with! Culture has become increasingly focused on funneling towards SMB. Some older reps were told there would be opportunities in other arms of the company (ex.
