The sales org at AvidXchange is essentially falling apart. From a couple of years ago to now there have been endless changes and two pay cuts/“comp restructures”. Overall the experience is fine. Leadership only cares about their bottom dollar. Over the years the c level people have cut compensation and are starting to micromanage employees.
