The company itself is a great company but there is a huge lack of growth for entry level positions within the company. There is no clear path for growth and the day-to-day processes are always changing, week to week.

Great people, poor Sr. Leadership. WordPress VIP is still going through growing pains, with a lot of talented people either leaving or being let go. Sr. Leadership is a mess, not on purpose, but they are handcuffed by Matt Mullenwig and other Sr. Executives at 'Mothership" Automattic.
