Current Employee2.3Apr 25, 2024Autodesk is one of those companies that has you attend a lot of useless internal meetings that get nothing done. 90% of the people I interact with do almost zero work. Autodesk is largely carried by its acquisitions and historical need for their software. It's a great company if you're in any function besides Sales.

Former Employee4.3Mar 4, 2025My overall experience was great. Great pay and benefits, the hybrid work environment required 1 day a week in office with 2-3 days at the end of each quarter. The culture overall was excellent, but the communication across teams could have been better.
