My overall experience was great. Great pay and benefits, the hybrid work environment required 1 day a week in office with 2-3 days at the end of each quarter. The culture overall was excellent, but the communication across teams could have been better.

Overall Autodesk is a good place to work. It can be frustrating at times just due to the size of the company, it sometimes feels that there are disconnects between people in the field and leadership.
