Leadership is good, company is doing well, but the sales role is a definite grind! High quotas, lower ASPs (but one of the more expensive products on the market) and reps are expected to generate a ton of leads and wear many hats (CSM, AM, Renewals, AE, BDR, etc.)

A lot of good people at the company. For better or for worse, VERY process driven. Fill out a form, submit a ticket, get approval for every single step multiple times a day. Quoting and Order Forms (CPQ) is a pain, but unfortunately tends to be a pain at most organizations. Requires significant effort after hours and weekends to be successful.
