Hey all, I have an interview coming up for Enterprise Account Executive (East). Could someone shed some light on the tiering system (silver, gold platinum). As well as what the interview process looks like. It mentions only 3+ yoe which seems light for ENT.

More QuestionsWhat is the ramp time and how is the culture? Is it cutthroat to where you will be PIP'd out if you miss a quarter? Or is it a coaching and development culture? I understand Atlassian recently went through significant changes, including to territories and comp. How are people feeling about them? Is now a good time to join the company?
