Can someone summarize what the incentive compensation structure is like for account execs? Seeing some reviews where it's been changing or confusing?
More QuestionsWhat is the ramp time and how is the culture? Is it cutthroat to where you will be PIP'd out if you miss a quarter? Or is it a coaching and development culture? I understand Atlassian recently went through significant changes, including to territories and comp. How are people feeling about them? Is now a good time to join the company?
