Quota takes almost 2 months to be released despite it taking effect at the start of the FY, new guidelines/territories are rolled out way after the quota has been released and even then not everything is clear. A lot of confusion and time is spent on internal clarifications.

Nobody even considered if the accounts can sustain the kind of sales that they are expecting from the sales rep. Management is totally out of touch with reality and only cares about endless forecast calls every single week.
