Great place to start to when getting into the industry. Compensation is low for the amount of revenue that is generated. Hard to move up in the company.

Excellent products, competitive business model, and meaningful work. Only major negatives are the lower-than-average comp plans d/t distributorship model and no gas reimbursement or company car. Every distributorship is different depending on where you are in the country with Arthrex. Each is ran differently. In my experience I’ve found you are expected to carry a very big bag in which the territories and relationships are owned by your leadership which leads to false promises for your own personal gain down the road which leads to very low salaries for this...Read More

my overall experience was ok with Arthrex. Amazing products but not given the opportunity to make money as promised due to each state making their own decisions due to them being privately held.
