Every distributorship is different depending on where you are in the country with Arthrex. Each is ran differently. In my experience I’ve found you are expected to carry a very big bag in which the territories and relationships are owned by your leadership which leads to false promises for your own personal gain down the road which leads to very low salaries for this industry with a lot of work involved.

my overall experience was ok with Arthrex. Amazing products but not given the opportunity to make money as promised due to each state making their own decisions due to them being privately held.

We run distributorship model, so make your marks and You can be very independent.. Other side of the coin is there's no mentoring
