Overall, Arthrex is a SOLID med device company that is always pushing the limits in the market. The ceiling though is just quite low once you have established yourself as accomplished in your role. They offer some of the better training in the market though and as a first job for med device, you cannot find a better company.

Capital sales is not well known in the competitive market and leadership and corporate does not know how to endorse it or back it correctly. The product is definitely top tier and leads are helped from other division TMs but upper management and leadership does not know how to help to grow the business and sales.

My overall experience has been very positive. Market leader in the sports medicine space and quickly advancing into other sectors. Wonderful place to break into medical sales. Consistently accept new grads. Great training.
