Overall, Arthrex is a SOLID med device company that is always pushing the limits in the market. The ceiling though is just quite low once you have established yourself as accomplished in your role. They offer some of the better training in the market though and as a first job for med device, you cannot find a better company.

Distributorship model keeps reps from achieving comp plans comparable to competitors. Arthrex has the most innovative product but often times agencies don’t pay their reps well. 8+ years working for them and pay is well below what competitors are making.
