Distributorship model keeps reps from achieving comp plans comparable to competitors. Arthrex has the most innovative product but often times agencies don’t pay their reps well. 8+ years working for them and pay is well below what competitors are making. Back orders are common after covid. Most docs know Arthrex or already use it which is a plus. There are good agencies but West Coast has poor track record.

my overall experience was ok with Arthrex. Amazing products but not given the opportunity to make money as promised due to each state making their own decisions due to them being privately held.

Compensation, Benefits, and culture vary based on the 3rd party distributor. Each reps experience can we be wildly different based on their market or leadership in the area The company as a whole has great product and training initiatives. They are aggressively entering into new markets
