Distributorship model keeps reps from achieving comp plans comparable to competitors. Arthrex has the most innovative product but often times agencies don’t pay their reps well. 8+ years working for them and pay is well below what competitors are making. Back orders are common after covid. Most docs know Arthrex or already use it which is a plus. There are good agencies but West Coast has poor track record.

Great company culture, great products. Very innovative with a massive product offering. Never a shortage of something to sell. High expectations.

Capital sales is not well known in the competitive market and leadership and corporate does not know how to endorse it or back it correctly. The product is definitely top tier and leads are helped from other division TMs but upper management and leadership does not know how to help to grow the business and sales.
