my overall experience was ok with Arthrex. Amazing products but not given the opportunity to make money as promised due to each state making their own decisions due to them being privately held.

Excellent products, competitive business model, and meaningful work. Only major negatives are the lower-than-average comp plans d/t distributorship model and no gas reimbursement or company car. Must use personal car and pay for gas without mileage reimbursement, so lower-than-average comp plan - gas - wear&tear on your car = more of your comp plan going towards...Read More

Distributorship model keeps reps from achieving comp plans comparable to competitors. Arthrex has the most innovative product but often times agencies don’t pay their reps well. 8+ years working for them and pay is well below what competitors are making.
