Great company to work for but its dog eat dog world

Over all very negative. Rules constantly change to favor current politics. The most toxic leadership I’ve ever witnessed from RSM, RVP being enabled by the VP. Lots of internal “wars” being fought between leaders in the west and central markets. Absolutely 0 sales and development training. 3 days of clinical training for 8 devices.
