Only major negatives are the lower-than-average comp plans d/t distributorship model and no gas reimbursement or company car. Must use personal car and pay for gas without mileage reimbursement, so lower-than-average comp plan - gas - wear&tear on your car = more of your comp plan going towards company business expenses you’re ultimately liable for
