I got in too late to get access to the accounts that make the real money. After a year and a half the only way up was if someone else quit on my team. I did not see anyone quitting in the near future and being assigned the desired account. It was a lot of fun, great people, grind mentality, people kept it real. I just wish there were more opportunity for me.

Market is over saturated with brokers right now, so it’s a tough market to be selling in. I’ve been hearing the market will flip in the next 6 months, but not sure if that will be the case with how many brokers and carriers are in the market currently.

Very impressive company. They have a high performance culture, so it's not for everyone, but if you buy in you'll have a real home with tons of vertical and horizontal growth to be had.
