My experience here was terrible. We were sold a dream that didn’t exist, and they changed our comp structure less than 60 days into the role. Making the earning potential we were sold on even less achievable.

I got in too late to get access to the accounts that make the real money. After a year and a half the only way up was if someone else quit on my team. I did not see anyone quitting in the near future and being assigned the desired account. It was a lot of fun, great people, grind mentality, people kept it real. I just wish there were more opportunity for me.
