Compensation as a coverage team lead is pretty average, wasn’t enough to motivate me a significant amount. Once you become team lead in coverage you’re basically stuck. There’s nowhere else for you to get promoted unless your current boss happens to leave. My superiors and coworkers were pretty good people.

Arrive does not pay their reps. They make a lot of money because of the amount of money they pull in, however, they do not pay their reps and keep the money to fund their non sales employees. This company will get sold and it will be a good payout for the CEO and President.
