Low base and OTE comp compared with market rate. Comp structure changed at end of 2023 to make accelerators extremely difficult to hit. Leadership is consistently off-target when making changes to sales org, development is strong if willing to proactively engage colleagues. No room for professional growth or development. Intense sales culture.
