US is their toughest market and least product fit. I'd avoid this GEO until their HQ starts to care about investing in the US product fit needs.

Overall experience is solid, great culture and love my colleagues. The AdTech industry has all taken a hit in 2023 so you're exposed to the volatility of the market as a rep. The sales org is still pretty unstructured, but they're improving it slowly.
