Overall experience is solid, great culture and love my colleagues. The AdTech industry has all taken a hit in 2023 so you're exposed to the volatility of the market as a rep. The sales org is still pretty unstructured, but they're improving it slowly.

Limited upward mobility and growth. No pay raises or title changes in this role. Would look elsewhere for SDR role.
