There is definitely money to made if you hit quota but very few reps hit quota. High turn over on every level. Some industries are a stronger fit than others (for example: public sector, life sciences, financial services). Broad markets Industry is mainly comprised of greenfield accounts that require 2+ year sales cycle. Some extremely talented folks internally. Customers absolutely love the platform.

Lots of smart, kind people to work with across the GTM organization. Sales org. was plagued by territorial battles and political favoritisms whereby only a few enjoyed the fruits of their (and others) labor. Middle management was powerless to affect change and senior management was pretty set in their ways. Truly unfortunate since it could have been a great company...Read More

The founders of the company need to bring in professional leadership to grow the company. Most deals are short term so they can claim high renewal rates. Compensation after recent reductions of people are trending down over 25%
