My overall experience was poor. Very tough place to work. Two year plus sales cycle and nearly no one hit there goal. Great product but only AE’s with existing accounts who buy make money.

Appian has a great product that applies well in the Public Sector and FSI verticals, but has very limited penetration outside of those sectors. It is a very bespoke sale. Making it very challenging to adjust to market changes. When markets need solutions, making everything from scratch is problematic.
