Things have changed over the last few years. The market is much more crowded. It’s much more difficult to differentiate from competitors. Strategy is a constantly moving target. What was once a great company and culture has become a huge grind.

Appian provided a chance for me to enter the enterprise sales environment, but would regularly change approaches, tactics, and leadership within the sales organization.
