I'm surprised that Appfolio still has really great reviews. They shackle you to the office, offer small base pay, long hours, quota attainment is a joke. Sure the culture is awesome and the leaders are legit, but I can't personally overlook all of the other things like impossible quotas/OTEs.

AppFolio was great a few years back. Things have changed for the worse. New CEO is all about being people back into the office, had mass layoffs for the first time under his leadership, goal posts get moved further each year.
