I'm surprised that Appfolio still has really great reviews. They shackle you to the office, offer small base pay, long hours, quota attainment is a joke. Sure the culture is awesome and the leaders are legit, but I can't personally overlook all of the other things like impossible quotas/OTEs.

Great team overall. Fantastic market fit. Management has provided many routes to promotions with extensive training. Compensation has clearly been gutted in the past year with no clear path to moving back to a better system.
