Lead flow isn't keeping up with team growth making outbound a larger part of the role. Quota only seems attainable if you have a whale in the pipeline which is far and few between.

Current Employee3.4Jul 19, 2024Mid-Market management and the Head of Sales are wonderful. They are both very involved in deal cycles and provide great training opportunities. Senior leadership knows how to run a business and the product has a great market fit, but senior leadership does not seem to care much for protecting reps and ensuring they are set up for success.
