The product is strong and well differentiated. Pricing model and price point make it a hard sell. Lead flow isn't keeping up with team growth making outbound a larger part of the role. Quota only seems attainable if you have a whale in the pipeline which is far and few between.

Mid-Market management and the Head of Sales are wonderful. They are both very involved in deal cycles and provide great training opportunities. Senior leadership knows how to run a business and the product has a great market fit, but senior leadership does not seem to care much for protecting reps and ensuring they are set up for success.

Product is great. Pricing model is hard to sell. Quotas have doubled in the past year and OTE hasn’t changed. Fast paced. Leadership is involved and helps on deals.
