My team was great, absolutely loved the culture. But there was a lack in ongoing training and opportunity for inbound leads. Only the best of the best received inbound interest. The general targeted clientele have a negative opinion on the product before you even call them.

Cool experience if you've never experienced call center telemarketing sales jobs. I think the trainers do a good job of keeping the spirits up and being 100% upfront saying this will be the hardest job I ever do.

The workplace environment of Angi is very stressful and tense-often requiring two pep talks per day during huddles. Workers are micromanaged and underpaid yet they will be told to continue to “hustle.” Reps barely make it six months on the job.
