The workplace environment of Angi is very stressful and tense-often requiring two pep talks per day during huddles. Workers are micromanaged and underpaid yet they will be told to continue to “hustle.” Reps barely make it six months on the job.

Angi is growing and making changes to help its customers and employees have a better experience. There's room to grow. I think it will do much better in the near future. The managers are hungry to succeed and aren't toxic. They do their best to incentivise you in a fun way.

Uncapped commissions. If you work the system, learn the sale you can become a top 100 producer in no time. Being a great manager is truly all about sourcing new accounts and coaching struggling reps.
