The company is extremely mismanaged and disorganized, they recently cut sales reps compensation for the top 10% of earners by 60-70% and every rep faced a paycut of varying degrees. Ranging from 150k-10k paycut, manament changes multiple things at once so they never know what’s working or what’s not.
