I really enjoyed the training, the trainers were top-notch. By the end of week 1, we were hitting the phones. The product is a hard sell. For example, a new business owner who started their own housecleaning business doesn't have much to invest into advertising, so it is a hard sell oftentimes where people honestly don't have the funds. The prospects are service pros who have been called by Angi sales reps over 100 times, even after being asked to be put on the "do not call" list, you can "close/lost" an account, however, it will just go to the next rep, and the cycle begins again. Angi Ads, fka Angie's list, & Angi Leads, fka HomeAdvisor, have a bad reputation. At the first mention of "I'm calling from Angi" most service pros hang up. Angi cares more about you making sales & hitting your metrics than you learning. I got written up twice, very early on, because I was struggling to hit my metrics, in terms of the number of dials and talk time hours, there is no grace, they will not work with you to try to help, you're replaceable and they expect you to make sales quick.
