Former Employee1.7Jan 16, 2024The 1 year turnover rate at Angi hovers around 98%. They do not invest in their reps.
Former Employee3.0Jul 29, 2024Used to be great- Leadership has turned over several times at this point and lots of big changes were made hastily, only to be forced to turn them back and go a different direction. As a result, the company has been forced to lower pay for nearly all sales reps and managers substantially while imposing tighter restrictions on metrics

Former Employee2.1Jul 1, 2024Average. I did well, but the product is awful. Contractors hate it and it’s a difficult sell.
Current Employee4.6Nov 11, 2023Great place to work! The base pay is good, but the earning potential is excellent. They don't fire because of not hitting quota, and it's a great first sales job. The training and coaching you'll get here will help propel your career. The only thing that would be nicer to see is more emphasis on DEI.
