The workplace environment of Angi is very stressful and tense-often requiring two pep talks per day during huddles. Workers are micromanaged and underpaid yet they will be told to continue to “hustle.” Reps barely make it six months on the job.

I would not recommend Angi as a company to work for. Their base pay of $17.50 per hour in 2024 is not competitive for someone with 3-5 years of work experience. In addition, the incentive structure is unreasonable, as representatives rarely hit their target, which makes it difficult to earn additional compensation.
