When I started at the company things were a lot different, however over the last 2 years IAC has done what private equity does best. The opportunity to earn is not the same, the product is a hard sell, leadership is disorganized and the sales process is a disaster from recycled leads to lack of skilled CSMs. The HomeAdvisor / Angi merge also reminds me of the Boeing / McDonnell Douglas merger where there was a fight between differing company cultures. The Angi Ads (Angie's List) culture is very cliche Wolf of Wall Street boiler room sales. The Angi Leads (HomeAdvisor) has a lot more camaraderie and team building. Since IAC likes Bain consultants you can probably guess which one is winning out. Browse Other Reviews
