To get sales you must be lucky to have a manager who prospects for you, or buy leads from third party prospectors. Job was definitely worth it until the commission plan was changed and decreased by about 50%. Half my team has left within the past month.

For example, a new business owner who started their own housecleaning business doesn't have much to invest into advertising, so it is a hard sell oftentimes where people honestly don't have the funds.
