Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The compensation was good. However the leadership at a RVP and AVP level was unprofessional at times. There wasn't a clear vision from upper management. There was always a moving target and always a new way of how they wanted to get there. They were unable to decide on what methodology and approach they wanted to move forward with. In less than a 9 month time frame this approached changed at least 4 times which wasn't enough time to see if the things they implemented was working. I have never worked for an organization of this size that operates from a very small business mindset when it comes to issues of human resources. If someone in leadership decides they don't like you for whatever reason you could be terminated and without an explanation outside of that "leadership has lost confidence in you" or "you aren't a good fit". Keep in mind that Anaplan doesn't require any documentation to support the why behind either of those two statements and without notice that there was even a concern in the first place. If you are able to work in constant uncertainty and instability this may be a good fit for you.
