Skeleton crew so you end up doing 3 other people’s jobs. Sales structure is to shake down current customers or enforce Terms of Service (not selling,threatening). Future growth nonexistent. This company changes frequently. Lack of processes. Lack of support for sales teams. Sales leadership is focused on profit over paying their reps fairly. Change of value prop frequently.
