Is there regular fluctuation in the comp plan structure at Amplitude? How are sales territories assigned within the company?

How often does Amplitude come up against Pendo? Where does it win/lose?

What are quotas and achievements for Enterprise and Strategic AEs? If I look at there being 60 AEs in Amplitude and ARR growing by 6m quarterly. That seems like 100k per rep. And would imagine quota is 1m+ so that would be fairly unattainable. But I am probably wrong here?

Does anyone have insight on how it is being an Enterprise Emerging AE at Amplitude in the South EU region? How achievable are the targets? What’s the % of AEs getting to quota? Thanks
