Great experience and am surrounded by very bright people. The opportunity to work on very innovative technology presents itself several times a day. The work is demanding but very rewarding. AWS always shows up with plenty of new things to keep in constant engagement cycles.

Overall great experience until 2024 where the quality of leadership declined. The pip quota is a real thing and without hiring it negatively impacts the culture.
