Org is constantly changing. People and teams are mostly great to work with and core products are solid. Luck and politics can define your trajectory and success. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my experience at AWS. The segment I align to has a great culture and the leadership is actively improving the experience for sellers and customers. You do have to build an internal network to support your development and growth. You also have to build a strong brand by providing value and scaling your impact with your team and segment....Read More
