Overall I didn’t have the best experience. Targets are unrealistic and don’t align with the segment. Additionally, career progression has been difficult.

My experience there was phenomenal! Of course there is red tape but overall I felt I had control of my business and was really able to help customers, make great money, and not have much stress on the day-to-day. It is difficult to move into management, but being an IC was a great experience
