Prestigious in the tech industry, will open doors to move anywhere after. Compensation package is above market value. However sales culture is not strong and not enough skills and development training.

My experience was generally positive, AWS is great at finding the work you love and giving you more of that work than you can imagine. As you would expect that is a double edged sword at 45 years old I can honestly say I’ve never worked this hard, this much, felt so much pressure or missed so much personal life.
