Big tech compensation model which is salary and RSU heavy. Most reps are landing close to or over achieving quota. Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption. No issues with finance modifying the comp plan when someone gets far into accelerators. However lots of distracting big company tasks like non-value add trainings, administrative duties like writing narratives, briefing service teams, lots of teams tugging at your coattails to access your largest customers.

great company with smb mindset, a lot of moving parts with ambiguity. you need to take ownership to promote/grow. the accounts and market depends on your segmentation.
