Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption. No issues with finance modifying the comp plan when someone gets far into accelerators. However lots of distracting big company tasks like non-value add trainings, administrative duties like writing narratives, briefing service teams, lots of teams tugging at your coattails to access your largest customers.
