Pretty good base and on target earnings but quota is set very high and sales cycles are long.

Not for everybody and a challenging place to work, but worth it. Incredibly smart team around you, strong product-market fit, and among the best realistic potential earnings (short and long term).

Leadership is weak, very product focused. The motivation is very low and the manager does not help to foster a good working environment. Because of internal hiring freeze, there is no option to move positions and everyone is stuck here

When looking to join AWS, reach out to reps at the current company. The company favors those that are pro-active. Reach out to current AMs and grab coffee or sync with them over video chat/ask to set up time to learn more about the role. Challenging company if you put in the time you'll be rewarded.
